Class Prayer Book

At our school, children are supported in developing a rich and meaningful prayer life through a carefully planned progression of prayers from Nursery to Year 6. As they move through the school, children are introduced to and learn a range of traditional Catholic prayers appropriate to their age and stage of development.

Our prayer progression follows the guidance provided by the Archdiocese and is aligned with the expectations set out in the Religious Education Directory (RED). This ensures that children develop their knowledge, understanding and confidence in prayer, enabling them to grow in their relationship with God and participate fully in the prayer life of the Church.
